Camp Biche encourages its devotes to embrace the French peasant lifestyle of yesteryear." [Harper's Bazaar, Fitness Special] There are daily are hikes, yoga, weight-training and work-outs as well four-to-five course for dinner and a little red wine. Harper's Bazaar reports that clients lose an average of about a pound a day.
