"Go Now! Go Now!" is the title of Elle's November 2008 article introducing this new, romantic beach inn on the north-east coast of the Dominican Republic, two hours by car from Santo Domingo. "Six huge suites have verandas overlooking onto earthly paradise: the Samana Peninsula.... There are waterfall-filled jungles, empty beaches, and French expats running lovely little restaurants in nearby Las Terrenas village." It’s practically a sin not to try kiteboarding, the parasailing/windsurfing hybrid for which the town is known. Things crank up late night for bachata, merengue, and reggaeton."
