"Havana’s most famous paladar, La Guarida deserves its reputation: three floors up in a ruined mansion littered with broken fanlights, violated statues and attractively distressed plasterwork, it occupies the most spectacular setting for a restaurant I’ve ever seen. The food is first-rate." [Financial Times] Get other insider scoop on Havana travel in the attached September 2009 FT article, Old Havana's Peeling Paint.
