This posh resort in the British Virgin Islands has excellent diving facilities, say Harper's Bazaar. Tatler describes Peter Island as "very private, very low-key. It's a hangout. You can be on the beach by yourself... and the water is a knockout." Amazing food, great new spa, rooms range from "rustic to supersonic" -- Falcon's Nest is the best.
