First, the setting is extraordinary. You enter a landmark 17th-century building (done up by Anouska Hempel), then you proceed through a maze of small corridors to the restaurant, housed in the former bakery of a Catholic almshouse. Excellent, imaginative French/fusion cuisine. Tatler gave it a big thumbs up in June '07.
