Serving up pork and fennel sausage with polenta, skirt steak with creme fraiche, as well as the classic shepherd's pie, this "gastro pub" seems to be rage of boldface names in the music industry. In the October 2007 Harper's Bazaar, we read, "The restaurant opened in 2004, and New York's most glamorous diners--who have famously short attention spans--are yet to grow bored of it."  In September 2010, celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten cited a burger and beer at Spotted Pig as his "guity pleasure" in the FT review of his favorite NYC restaurants.
